Mortgage company sent someone else's details

Hi all,
We are due to resume normal payments after having reduced payments for a while. The mortgage company sent 2 letters, one to me and one to my other half stating what the repayments will be and when they start.
They attached in both letters what should have been details of our loan but instead sent details of someone's mortgage.
There is no names, just address, agreement numbers and amounts.
I'm extremely uncomfortable with this as obviously our details have gone to someone else as well.
Does it make a difference that there are no names on, just addresses?
Is there anything I can do about it?
Thanks

If there are no addresses or names on it how can it be a breach of someone's confidentiality?

It's just a set of numbers without identification.

Personally, I'd just return it .... why cause aggro unnecessarily?

You're jumping to conclusions about your own documents heading elsewhere.

I'd contact the bank, return the documents and request your own.

If names/addresses are on your documents then your identity should be safe too.

There are addresses on it, just no names

I'm more annoyed about where my details have ended up.

Best answer ... contact bank about error. Express your concern regarding your documents and request clarification about where your they are.

If you're unhappy with the response you can complain to the Financial Regulator.
