Mortgage but no job

Hi does anybody know any mortgage company that would give a 100k mortgage based on rental income, assets etc, we just built our house. need mortgage for interiors, doing the outside up etc....

There might be a possibility of getting a mortgage on a rental property instead, but no banks will lend against a family home if there is no income from employment to sustain the repayments for the proposed mortgage term.
