Mortgage approval

Hi, need help please. Waiting on approval for mortgage since 18th feb. getting very worried about how long it’s taking. We are using a mortgage broker. House worth 190k and need 135k. Everything in order. Is this common?? Or should I look else where??

I am in the same boat. I feel like if we had dealt directly with the bank instead of a broker it would be a lot more straight forward. This middleman malarchy is a nightmare.
