Hi all,

And Happy New Year to you!

I have a quick question to ask: I am filling out a TRS1 form for my mortgage, and there is a field that I am not sure what it is that I should be filling in:

"Mortgage Loan Account Number".
I assume that this is the number that I my account is paying into, as opposed to my own account number.

I am dealing with AIB Finance, but contact details for them are not definite for some reason, particularly an e-mail address. None of my documentation mentions the account number - even the direct-debit mandate that I signed. The money is going through, otherwise I would not be writing this in my now warm 'n cosy living room.

Just wondering if anyone else has any ideas on where I can get this account number?!?

Much appreciated.

Hi Dataloreb4,

Congrats on your new house!

Your mortgage loan account number is the reference number your lender files your application/account.

You should find it on your letter of offer/approval.

If you have any correspondence from your lender it might ask you to quote this number if you're contacting them.
