I signed contracts for my house in Dec 2008 and at that stage i believe i paid the 10%.
Sale of the house didnt close until Jan 2009 i.e. I got the keys at that stage and the sale was finalised/closed
With the finance bill - relating to poeple purchasing houses netween 2004 and 2008 and qualifying for mortage relief - am i entitled to anything or as i only got keys for house in Jan 2009 am i outside the cut of point for this
