I'm ready to snag my new semi-d and was down inpecting it myself recently. While the house itself has the usual basis snags. The estate road accessing same is uneven, untarmaced and unstoned. Is the Builder obliged to provide at least a level stoned road so that the house can be accessed without fear of damage to my car?
