Moco Savings Portal Unable To Make Withdrawls

Joined up with Moco the Bewag owned(soon to be the PTSB owners) online savings bank sometime back.Attracted by the headline 2.6% rate.
Had to raise a ticket on their portal this am,as there seems to be no tab or process for withdrawls.
Was expecting a quick response(still waiting)but have searched their simple and clean portal to no avail.

I can still lodge and their online statements are clean and crisp,but no withdrawals for me at this point it appears.

Can you not see a withdraw funds option when you click the three dots?
