Mobile phone security code

I want to reset my call timer and the phone asks for a security code. I am on the Meteor network but Meteor tell me that I must contact the mobile phone manufacturer Nokia. Anyone have advice. thanks

According to my Nokia phone guide, the preset code is 12345.

Yep, will be 12345 unless someone has changed it
