We are having our windows installed next week. We have a number of corner windows, and used pressed steel lintels in this area of the house. Therefore in the corner where the window units meet there is an 80mm steel box iron holding up the lintel (and the corner of the house!!).
Can anyone suggest ways of insulating this support to minimise thermal bridging at this point?
Would it be a good/bad idea to drill a few holes in it and fill with expanding foam? Or is there a good product that I could rap the pole in??
Thanks
