Min vs generous redundancy package

Can anyone tell me
1 - what is the statutory min redundancy package
vs
2 - what would be considered a generous package

A generous package depends on what industry you are in and the company size. In my previous place, anything over statutory was considered to be "generous"... At another place I used to work (tech industry), they offered 4/5 weeks per year of service (they got cheaper as things went on) and that was certainly considered pretty generous in that industry.
