Hi,
Looking for some advice -
Just to brief the situation, I have new tenants (two guys) whose lease agreement for six months started in Feb this year. The very first day I asked them to setup a standing order but they did not and they do not even bother to lodge the rent until I ring them. Last month I had to make n number of phone calls and it caused a lot of hassle, delayed the rent by 10 days. I asked them again to setup a standing order but as usual false promises (by one guy) that it will be done today or tommo or so on. Other guy who sleeps during the day time time was pi ** ed off with the messages I sent asking the status of standing order starting making abusive phone calls during the middle of the night and would not stop ...
The tenancy is registered with PRTB.
Very confused and not sure how to handle the situation; any ideas please?
