Mgt company delaying sale

I am selling a property in Dublin. The contract has been sent out to the purchaser's solicitor. All ok so far.
Their solicitor has come back with some queries which my solicitor has sought off the mgt co. I Paid 350 euros in advance to mgt co. for this.
The mgt co. has now looked for the purchaser's personal details which my solicitor cannot give as my solicitor does not act for the purchaser.
The purchaser's solicitor cannot give the mgt co. this info either.
The mgt co.will not comply (MUD ACT) with the request without this info.
Ee are at stalemate!
I also paid the mgt co. Fee in gull to April 2019 today which i receive apportionment at sale from purchaser.
Any suggestions appreciated.

My solicitor says that their solicitor cant provide the info as their client has no contract with the mgt co until the sale goes through.
My solicitor says see she has never been asked for 8this before.
I also asked a solicitor your holiday of mine and she also thought it was irregular.
Probably more strict now becaumillse of GDPR.
 
This isn’t advice but, given the nonsensical impasse you find yourself faced with, if it was me I’d tell the management company that you’ve managed to get the purchaser’s details, and that they’re as follows:

Name: Made-up Name of your Choice
Address: Plausible Made-up Address
Date of Birth: Reasonable Made-up Date
