MFF high risk strategy is rated at risk level 4. Is this a bad deal for young participants?

A young participant say mid twenties will have a 40 year locked in investment span.

This is because MFF Retirement benefits are only allowed at age 66.

Risk level 4 is not the best strategy for this person.

They should be aiming for risk level 5 or 6.

While MFF offers very low management fees, this advantage will be more than cancelled out over the investment span because the investment gains will be reduced as the actual risk is set at a medium level.
