If a company has 7 members and is struck off, and is then re-instated with two directors and a secretary, are the 7 original members still members?
I think the only members would be the new directors and new secretary?
(I don't know if it is relevant but the company was struck off for late annual returns and then quickly got re-instated again. On the B1 form submitted with the annual returns there is a section where the past and present members have to be listed. Only the two directors and secretary are listed here).
