Med1 form - GCD no.

Hi, Can anyone please tell me what your GCD no. is, as required by the Med1 form. It says you will find it on your Cert of Tax credits, but it's not on mine?

GCD = General Claims District but I don't know where you get the relevant number as I've never seen it requested on such a form before. I'd imagine that for a Med1 claim it may not be critical. Maybe it will be on the new statements of tax credits for 2006 which should be arriving soon?

Ignore it, it's not important.

As long as you sent it to the correct address it will be OK.
