Maximum age for mortgage - different banks

Currently applying for a mortgage and the maximum age banks lend to is a factor.
What age do banks lend to for mortgages (age of older of joint applicants at end of mortgage term)
AIB - 65
Bank of Ireland - 70
Ulster Bank - ?
EBS - ?
KBC - ?
PTSB - ?
...

EBS can increase to 70 if you can provide letter from employer for retirement age.

Ulster Bank will go to 70 if you’re in a pension scheme

Self employed, or employee?
Do you have occupational pension?

All the banks are adjusting their policies to align with increasing pension ages, but it's happening slowly.

Both public sector/permanent/pensions

Approved by AIB but max age is 65
