The company I worked for went into compulsory liquidation and we are all due more than the 8 weeks unpaid wages the Insolvency payment scheme allows for. My question is does the Insolvency scheme pay the 8 weeks + statutory in lieu of notice + holidays or is it all contained in the 8 weeks.
