hi im wanting some advice i am wanting to start my maternity leave the 30th november but we get paid time off over xmas (bank holidays and 5days holiday) if i did start my maternity on the 30th november would i loose out on these holidays or could they pay my maternity for 3 weeks give me my xmas pay then start my maternity pay again from the 5th january or does it have to be continous. also while im off on maternity do i still get paid bank holidays.
