maternity leave,not returning to work?

hello,

I am thinking about not returning to work, i am coming to the end of my unpaid leave, is my employer entitled to pay me for the holidays i accumulated while on leave and also am i still entitled to 'maternity leave credits' if i dont return?

You will be entitled to credits for maternity leave but not credits during unpaid leave if you are not returning to work

You are also entitled to annual leave and public holidays accrued while off.
