Hi, hopefully someone can help me out with the following. Started with a company through a temping agency and have now been offered a 12 month contract with a view to being made full time if that works out. I just want to find out what my statutory rights eg, maternity leave would be if i should find myself in the situation within the 12 months.. (for the record, i like the job and the boss is reasonable and i couldn't forsee a situation where the full time would not be offered after the 12 months.
