I have a quick question, i am going on maternity leave in one weeks time, according to SW i am only entitled to the min payment of 225 euro per week.
My employer has now told me today that they will top this up to the 270 euro a week meaning that they will pay me 50euro per week. Does this effect my maternity form i have already submitted ?? and do i need to notify the SW department that they will be giving me 50euro per week?
The 225 euro will be paid directly into my bank account as per my MB10 i completed - then employer will pay the 50euro by month to my account.
im a bit confused as to where i stand - will SW think im working ?
