Mapping out a site with GPS in Galway

Can anyone recommend someone who operates such a service in Galway? Price/value will obviously be a factor.

Are you sure you want your site mapped using GPS? Contact your local surveyor. An architect will know a few locals
 
Mapflow who are licensed to myhome.ie do this function and as far as I know have Galway on their system. I think that their website is www.mapflow.ie
 
There shouldnt be a need to specify GPS as the equipment to be used. There is more than one option for mapping sites. Someone from this list would provide what you are looking for
 
I'm no surveyor but as Blue Toes pointed out there are many different techniques for surveying sites. I ve never seen a GPS unit used to sett out a house. A surveyor from that website will be in a better position to offer advise. My sister built her house last year, the surveyor used a Total Station or EDM i think
