Due to close in June/July myself and asked Solicitor to get confirmation of management fees amount. He sent a letter to me with details last month so i'd ask your own solicitor about this.

Get your own solicitor to do this. Ours has all of our information piled up waiting and ready for any purchasers of our apartment.
