Management Fees and Apartments

Hey,

A quick query in relation to management fees on apartments that are rented. If I were to rent a house, I would be paying the bills for bins etc. However, in an apartment this is covered under the management fee. Is it possible for this to be added to the rent (i.e. as a seperate item) or would this be factored into the "flat" rental charge that is applied?

Normally, the landlord pays all the management fee (including the refuse collection element). He can simply put up the rent if he wishes to pass these costs on to his tenant. If he is charging seperately (rent + refuse collection) that's up to him and it's up to the tenant as to whether they feel the total cost is worth the apartment or not.
