Management Company in Hazelhatch Park

Hi, I'm buying an Affordable Apartment from Kildare CoCo in Hazelhatch Park and was wondering if anyhow could give me some advice on the 'Hazelhatch Management Company' i.e. who owns them, do they do the work etc. I'm worried as Kildare have told me they are not responsible for the common areas and I am trying to find out if this Management Company does and will do the work?

You should be able to find details on CRO.ie

You will become a member of the management company and the company employs an agent.

You need to ask the council


  1. who is the managing agent
  2. have the common areas been transferred to the management company (this only occurs when all units are sold)
  3. is the management company solvent
  4. is the developer acting as the agent
  5. what is the current mangement fee, what was it last year
 
Maybe buy the Robert Gogan book on apartment living too. You seem confused about management companies/agents.
 
Done, thanks for your help AKA, mix up was due to Kildare CoCo not knowing who Management Company was and giving wrong name - all sorted now. Believe it or not the builder ended up being the one who was really helpful in the end!
