Hi, Im looking for some views...
My ex pay €100 a week maintenance for our daughter as per divorce agreement, he is in business and while i agree that there are some degree of change in his circumstances not maybe as bad as he is saying. He is in receipt of a public service pension this past 10 years approx 450.00 per week, has 3 rental properties and proceeds from business. I on the other hand am presently unemployed with a income with One Parent Benefit, 1 days work etc at about 395.00. He has now issued a motion to reduce the amount of the maintenance. I think the real problem is that my daughter is in receipt of a 3rd level grant and he assumes that covers all her maintenance.
Any ideas how this will go in court or any other option open to me. I would greatly appreciate your response.
