maintenance payments

hi i am just looking for some info on maintenance payments.

i am currently paying 450 a month for my daughter and 250 for christmas and 200 for back to school.

about six months ago my daughter started staying with me half of the time instead of once a week. her mother works and makes the same as i do so should this mean the maintenace payments could be cut back?

Is the maintenance by agreement with you daughter's mother or court-ordered? If it's by mutual agreement then by all means negotiate; if it's by court order then you will need to back to court for a variance order.

it was an agreement between ourselves, at the time she was on a lot less money then me however thats changed now.
