Maintenance and childcare

Hi all I just wonder if there is anyone in similar situation..or if anyone can give me an advice..
I'm alone with my son...father pays me 120 a month...I work so I pay playschool 70e week...we had deal he will be taking him Monday overnight and pays me for them two days he is out from playschool (28e)
Now he doesn't want to take him anymore since he doesn't want to pay the extra money.
So my question is ..is the childcare included in maintenance or should it be paid separately
BTW...he has very good income now(800w)..but back in a day when I agreed to 120 he was unemployed.

I would say he is getting away lightly if hes earning 800pw and only paying you 120pm. You should look at the following link http://www.citizensinformation.ie/e...ivorce/maintenance_orders_and_agreements.html

I would suggest you let the courts decide how much maintenance you should be paid but I have a feeling it would be a lot more than 120pm.
