Two questions :

Can you make a lump sum deposit to Quinn Freeway like you can with Rabo at any time ?

Excuse my ignorance but what exactly does 100% allocation mean?
Wouldn't 100% of your funds be allocated no matter what the company you use, or am I being thick here ?

Note that such best buys threads are not really intended for general questions...

  5. What is the minimum / maximum I can invest? The minimum investment amount on a lump sum investment policy is €1,270, and on a regular savings policy it is €51. There is no maximum investment amount. There is no restriction on additional contributions after inception.

You are not being thick but some investments may involve an allocation rate not equal to 100% - often less than 100% due to charges, commissions, bid/offer spreads etc.
