Just viewed a property in Louisa Park Leixlip, grounds of the complex appeared very neglected, weeds growing, cones around rubble that was there for some time by the looks of the weeds etc. Anyone know if there are issues with mgt company or plans to clean up? Any other issues I should be aware of? Security, parking etc?
