Originally ombudsman found in my favour but only gave me some redress up to point of moving
Got letter from.BoI, another couple of grand, but importantly allows me to appeal to independent Secretariat, which I will do.....
They need to pay for the thousands and thousands of lost euro by pushing me to move to lower rate than BOI SVR with other provider when tracker denied. The tracker rate, had it been offered had the lowest rate of all and never would have looked elsewhere had it not been removed after fixed ended
