Lost PUK number

I recently bought a mobile for my grandson (parents permission). Phone used a few times and then turned off. Forget PUK and instruction manual (with code) nowhere to be found. How does he get back on air?

A call to the service provider should sort that out.

I know with O2 if you call the customer service number its all automated and you can get it quite easily.

It happen to me too, the network provider will help you with the puk number.

Here are some network providers and tel numbers:

02 Ireland: 1850 60 17 47

Vodafone: 1850 20 87 87

Meteor: 1800 36 50 85.

3 Mobile: 1913 (free from any Irish landline)

Mobile: 089 420 0000
