Looking to move , but negative equity tracker

Myself and my husband are looking to move house. We're on a tracker with Ptsb and are approx 50k in negative equity. No arrests. Is it possible to get a new mortgage carrying the negative equity and pay a deposit of 10% rather than 20% because I've read that this might be an option but have never heard of anyone actually being approved the 90%.
 
With PTSB myself. I was in with them few months back and similar situation but I was trying to hold on to property and buy second. They told me if I sell and carry negative equity over all I need would be 10%
