Looking to convert my attic into a one-bedroom room in a 3-bed house(1 bedroom is a box room so a new stairs to attic would be reducing the box room) . The property has a hipped roof, so the gable wall will need to be raised. If anyone can recommend a reliable builder/company who offers good quality work at a reasonable price, I'd really appreciate it. Some of the quotes I've received seem quite high. Thanks!
