I've spoken to the union who think I should be entitled to it but I do think I need a solicitor involved so yes, I'm looking fro a solicitor recommendation who specialises in employment law and ideally has experience in the area of contracts of indefinite duration. I've seen some recommendations on this site for solicitors and when you ring, they all say they do general employment law so its hard to know who has actual experience needed. Diziet, would you friend's solicitor happen to be Dublin based and if so, could you find out who it was? thanks
Have you asked your employer for confirmation that you have acquired rights to a CID. Do they have an objective reason not to issue you a CID? Has the employer issued you with a contract and if so, what was the purpose?Hi- I have lodged a complaint with the LRC against my employer for failing to get a Contract of Indefinite Duration after 5.5 years . Can anyone tell me what to expect at the hearing?
