I'm looking for recommendations for an experienced solicitor that specialises in employment law. I've been told by my employer that my role is being made redundant as it is being outsourced to a third party who will be available "on call" to provide a service. There has been no consultation and I don't believe a redundancy situation exists. I need advice on what my options are.
