Looking for recommendation for solicitor in Dublin - mortgage switch, and wills

Hello.

I’m switching mortgage provider, and would also like to create wills (for a married couple) at the same time.

Can anyone recommend a solicitor in Dublin city (ideally Dublin 1 or 2), please?

Hoping to use a solicitor who will work for a set fee for the mortgage piece, and not a percentage of mortgage value.
 
If I lived in the area i'd go into their offices and ask. Just because someone on this forum got a certain price has no bearing on you getting the same. Go into them and ask, they're in business to do business and it won't cost you a thing to find out.
 
Hi Noproblem.

I was looking for a recommendation, hopefully based on someone’s personal experience.

I’d imagine there are hundreds of solicitor operating in central Dublin, and I’d like to whittle that down.
