Looking for information on recent Virgin Media Regulatory Notification and what exactly it says.

Just checking up on our broadband account with Virgin Media and wondering if anyone would be able to provide a copy (with the obvious personal details deleted ) of the Regulatory Notification email that people have received recently from them?

Not quite sure if some customers receive a 'Regulatory Notification - Your Virgin Media Annual Statement' or a different version called 'Regulatory Notification - End of Contract Notification'.
