My sister has some Flutter shares (Paddy Powers) held in paper form. She needs to get these onto the American Market in order to sell them.
She needs a medallion stamp?
Can anyone advise on how she goes about this. She has no knowledge of stock/shares, so I am assuming she needs to engage a broker?
