Looking for a 65% Commercial Mortgage

We are currently dealing with a Bank for the provision of a Commercial Mortgage. Progress is slow due to leave and one thing and another and we are now seeking another route as we would like to enter a bid for a property very soon. All the paperwork is in order. Has anyone any experience with Banks who are swift in their approach to turning this around for us.
