Local Property Tax payment date

Just wondering what's happening about the above?

I went for the single payment options, which was supposed to happen on March 21 and was then moved back to May 21. Checked my account just now and it still hasn't gone through. Should I contact Revenue about this? It's the same bank account that I've used for all Revenue related payments.
 
Thanks. I hadn't seen that and it didn't come up when I tried googling it.
