I've heard that Dun Laoghaire Rathdown C.C. are charging people to extend there house , depending on square footage . Does anyone have experoence of this and and if so what are the charges.
people do not need planning permission for small extensions under certain circumstances (esp around the back) but take advice , that advice would be free down the planning office .
