Loans from one company to another

I can't think of any further issues on the redemption of the golden share. There will be company sec documents to be prepared etc but as long as you and the other shareholder are not in any sort of dispute I don't see the harm in leaving the golden share in place apart from not been audit exempt as mentioned above.
 
There would be a BIK implication on any loans taken from the Company personally so I would go with the golden share.
 
Hi all,

I have a question in relation to this thread, the OP is a director of both A & B companies but what if company A loaned company B money each with different directors? I.e no connection of directorships
