Loading a friends credit card

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help me.

I need to put some money into a friends credit card urgently. Anyone know of a way to do this? I've looked on my online AIB banking but I can only see a way of transferring money to a bank account, not a Visa credit card.

There isn't really a way to do it "urgently" as such.

You can transfer on to it from your bank account - you need the card issuing bank's credit card sort code and account number (details should be on the other persons statement) and use their credit card number as the reference. Depending which bank the card is with, it can take a few days to be applied to the card.

As mentioned in previous post if you set them up as a [broken link removed] from your account you should be able to transfer the money if you use your Code Card or Card Reader.
