Hi a quick question - I am thinking of buying a house in Donegal and plan on living there but will remain working in the north. How will this work regarding taxes?

The answer is not that straight forward as there are a few variables that you have to consider, in relation to whether you are resident, ordinary resident or domicile. Check out the revenue website, under the search just put in the words "resident income tax".
