Hi,
I have decided to move to New Zealand as I have always wanted to do the travel thing. I notify my employer yesterday of my intention to resign. They didn't want me to leave and yesterday they approached me with the option of me continuing to work for the company while I was in NZ. We already have eworkers but none as far away as NZ. Once I have internet access I can do the job I am doing now from anywhere.
The offer is appealing. From a HR perspective, are there things I should know like?
1) Do I still pay tax
2) Should employer buy me equipment?
3) Are there any other issues associated with this?
