Lithuania:could it be the next big thing?

lithuania is not the next big thing, lithuania was the next big thing about 5 years ago not now, and as for the genius who said lithuania is going to boom obviously doesnt know lithuania, there has been a boom in all the baltic countries for the last 5 years. None of them represent good value in terms of property investment right now, they are overvalued and yields are low! with rising interest rates prices will be static/slightly falling in the short term and medium term outlook is ok and long term is good as economic fundamentals of all 3 baltic states are good.
 
The thing that Lithuania is renowned for is for having the highest suicide rate in the world.
