Letting agents in West Dublin?

I've an apartment that I lived in for a while when I was working in Dublin, which is currently let out. The current tenants are moving out after only a couple of months and it's becoming a too much hassle for us to deal with, what with other commitments and the fact that we don't live in Dublin.

Are there any decent letting agents for west Dublin that people could recommend? The apartment is between Clondalkin and the Long Mile Road.
 
I've been using Lowes in Palmerstown for sourcing tenants and I have found them to be quite good. I don't know what they are like for manageing propertythough.

They have been open to negotiation on their fees, particularly in this climate, so don't accept their first quote!

:confused: Are you serious?? We had a total and utter nightmare with them, from our agent to the branch manager to the MD in the end. We're still owed money from them 5 years on!! Our house was wrecked, stuff went missing, the rent was perpetually late, the so called great tenants changed the locks....I could go on.

I certainly will not be seconding that recommendation.

Next door to us is rented through Remax in Blanch (agent is Derek) and when he started showing it he introduced himself to us and gave us his card in case there were ever issues with the tenants.

We did have to contact him at one stage as their alarm was dodgy and kept going off but he was really helpful. I would have no hesitations in using him if we decide to move back to our other property and let here.

Yes I am serious. I've used them to source tenants. On that end I found them to be quite good. No particular significant problems with any of the tenants but then again I have the final say on weather a tenant is suitable
 
I used a private guy that use to work for a large estate agency, it has been hassle free and a good deal cheaper then the prices I was quoted from the agencies. Feel free to PM me for his contact details.
 
I've used dublinlettings.com - they were professional and quick in letting and no problems in managing my property
