We are currently trying to switch our mortgage from EBS to AIB. I spoke to the mortgage advisor in AIB yesterday and have to drop in some forms on Monday but she told me that we can skip the AIP part and go straight to letter of offer. Can anyone tell me roughly how long it will be until the money is ready to be drawn down? I know it varies and we started this process this time last year but ran into a few problems, namely covid, TWSS and then had a problem with out site boundary but all is sorted now.
I would like to wait until April to draw down the funds which is only just over 6 weeks away but will the process be complete by then?
