Legislation regarding Dogs Barking

Is there any legislation or laws for republic of Ireland in relation to dogs barking at night and in the mornings in built up residential areas such as a private housing estate

Is there any laws or statues or noise pollution regulations that state and/or place a legal responsibility on dog owners to ensure that their dogs don't bark after certain times at night and before a certain time in the morning
